Mighty God, I confess that I often try to control things that are beyond my power. Help me to surrender my will to Yours and trust in Your perfect timing. When I am anxious about the future, remind me that You hold all things in Your hands. Teach me to find contentment in whatever circumstances I find myself. Give me patience to wait for Your answers and faith to believe that You are working all things together for good. I release my grip and place my trust completely in You.
